This is my very first attempt at putting real video up on YouTube. The footage was captured on Oahu’s North Shore during our recent trip to Hawaii. The video includes a beautiful quote by the poet Rumi and an Ocean Affirmation.

This affirmation can really be used in different ways. It’s great for relaxation or for experiencing a little oneness with nature. The concept of merging your breath with the rythym of the ocean is very peaceful and meditating.
